Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

  • All orders are subject to a handling period of 2-3 days business days before shipment. Some exceptions apply.
  • Most orders typically leave the warehouse within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
  • You will receive notification of both processing and shipment.
  • The majority of our items are shipping from our warehouses in the USA. Some may occasionally ship from Canada. 
  • Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped – If an order has been processed it may not be canceled.
  • Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address.
  • com and its affiliates cannot be held responsible and/or liable for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • In cases where the buyer has provided an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and costs incurred to ship to the correct address.
  • In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL SITUATIONS and CIRCUMSTANCES. CoyotePine.com and its affiliates will not be held responsible for import/customs taxes.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

  • Specialtyand Promotional items – May take an additional 3-5 days processing before shipping occurs. Once shipped most items are estimated to delivery within 5 days within in the USA and Canada.  estimated delivery.
  • Apparel, Accessories, and Gift items are estimated to deliver within 7-9 business days within the USA. Exceptions may apply.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

  • The majority of our products ship from the US. Some items may occasionally ship from Canada.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

  • We cannot guarantee items will be sent in one package due to logistical reasons resulting in items occasionally being shipped in separate packages that may not arrive together. Please be aware of this when receiving deliveries.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States of America. This includes APO/FPO/DPO military addresses which function as domestic US addresses.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience.

HOW ARE "COMPARED TO" PRICES DETERMINED?

  • Compared to prices are determined from information provided from our wholesalers, and analysis of other retailers and competitors.

RETURN POLICY

  • We have a 15-day return policy. You must contact us within 7 days of product delivery to report any damages. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and recommend you purchase shipping insurance for items over $75 in value
